
One really easy pudding for summer - the orange really brings out the flavour of the strawberries

- 250g strawberries , halved
- ½ orange , juiced and zest cut off in strips
- a slug of Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- 142ml pot double cream whipped to soft peaks with 1 tbsp icing sugar

- Put the strawberries in a bowl with the orange juice and a slug of cointreau. Macerate for 15 minutes.
- Spoon into bowls, sprinkle on the orange zest and divide the cream between them
