
Give squid a go in this punchy restaurant-style starter, ready in minutes
Ingredients
- 400g cleaned small squid
- 200g sliced cooking chorizo
- olive oil
- 1 lemon , juiced
- 3 good handfuls rocket
- 150g feta cheese , crumbled

- Score the inside of the cleaned small squid with a criss-cross pattern, then cut into bite-sized pieces, keeping any tentacles whole. Fry the sliced cooking chorizo in olive oil until crispy, then remove with a slotted spoon and add the squid. Stir-fry for a minute.
- Toss the chorizo, squid and pan juices with another large glug of olive oil, the lemon juice, rocket and crumbled feta.
