Smoked trout pâté

Make these little bites for a party and everyone will think you've spent hours in the kitchen, but they're really quick to make

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 hot-smoked trout fillet, flaked
  • lemon juice
  • a bunch of chives , snipped
  • pitta bread , cut into triangles and toasted under the grill

    Method

  • Mix the cream cheese with a flaked fillet of hot smoked trout, lemon juice and snipped chives. Spread onto toasted pitta triangles and sprinkle with more chives to serve.
